ConnectWise will soon enable us to automate the connection of data and workflows to all client lifecycle stages, creating efficiencies, providing insight, and supporting growth, to ensure that the experience and overall satisfaction are improved.
When Will the Transition Occur?
We plan to have the ConnectWise transition complete by 1st November 2022. As we refine our business process, moving over to ConnectWise is one of the best decisions for the growth of Edge IT and enables us to improve a better experience for our clients. Throughout this time, we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding whilst our team get familiar with the new system, and processes as they complete their training.
